PRICES:
All prices are in Danish crowns when nothing else is stated.
We reserve the right to change prices because of misprints and changes in duty- or exchange values.
PAYMENT:
Sonia Brandes accepts payment with
Danish credit card, Master card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB andAmerican Express.
Payment willnot be drawn on your accountuntill the product is sent.
Payment information is given via a secure connection and all payment occurs through PBS (Danish Banking Institutions` Payment Service).
This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
DELIVERY:
Sonia Brandes sends deliveries through Post Danmark (the Danish postal system) and delivers typically within 2-5 weekdays in Denmark. The time for shipments abroad depends on the country to which the products are shipped. Post Danmark´s normal shipping times are 2-3 days to Scandinavia, 2-4 days to the rest of Europe and 3-8 days to the rest of the world. Those are however just estimates. If there is a longer delivery time, you will be informed. Delivery on time presumes, though, that Post Danmark observes day-to-day delivery. If delays occur within Post Danmark, this will delay delivery related to the wished-for delivery date. Post Danmark¥s quality goal concerning secure delivery is minimum 97 % for letter packages and minimum 99% for parcel post. Please note though that these percentages are averages, and can cover large local and time-related variations. Sonia Brandes cannot be held responsible for delays within Post Danmark. In cases of very delayed (many days) or lost deliveries, Sonia Brandes will of course send a new delivery without cost, with the exception of products that are sold out.
A charge of 150 Danish crowns for shipping and expedition will be added to all orders for abroad.
CANCELLING OF ORDERS
It is possible to cancel an order by contacting us the same day as the order is given.
COMPLAINTS:
As a customer you of course have the right to complain about a product that was defective or incomplete when the product was sold. The products are covered by generally valid guarantees. In case of defects, missing items or undelivered orders, contact:

Notice that we do not accept packages returned cash on delivery. Return of products can also be done by refusing delivery or by delivering the product to us personally. It is not required, but the service is helped, if complete information is sent with the package for example, copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the reimbursement can be paid, copy of previous correspondence, etc.
RIGHT TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
Products can be returned within 14 days after the day they are received. If you choose to regret a purchase, you must just return the product in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When the product is received and approved by us, the purchase price is returned to your account within a few days.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
No personal information that is registered with Sonia Brandes will, at any time, be given, sold or made available for a third party. All information is kept secure.
In connection with electronic payment a secure crypt code method is used through the Webshop system. This is an approved system that has approval via the E-symbol.
The shop system uses so-called cookies for steering the content of the shopping cart. A cookie is just a name for a file that is stored on your own computer. It is also possible to ask the system to remember your own address information until the next visit. If you later want to erase this information, it can be done via the browser commands. In Internet Explorer, for example, it is done via the menu "Functions" and the menu bar "Internet adjustments".
